Sergio Aguero leaves Atletico Madrid for Manchester City with a blast from their new coach Gregorio Manzano.
Aguero, 23, will cost City in the region of £40million and his former Atletico boss expects the deal to be completed soon.
Manzano said: "It does look like this long-running issue will be resolved in the coming hours. It is at an end.
"I had hoped that he could have chosen a better, more professional way to leave and shown more love to the club."
