Atletico Madrid coach Javier Aguirre waved away questions about Juan Roman Riquelme after last night's disappointing 1-1 draw with Real Mallorca.

Before the match, Aguirre admitted there would be pressure if they failed to win after missing out on Villarreal midfielder Riquelme last week.

Asked if the Argentine could have made a difference, Aguirre said: "You only miss what you had before. Here, there are four people who make decisions on transfers. If the player isn't here, then you can work out what happened."
