Diego Simeone reportedly has his heart set on working in the English Premier League.
According to The Sun, the Atletico Madrid boss wants to test himself against some of the world's best managers in England.
Pep Guardiola, Jurgen Klopp and Antonio Conte have all made their to the Premier League in the past 12 or so months and Simeone wants join them, and also Jose Mourinho and Arsene Wenger.
The 46-year-old Argentine has reportedly hinted at a proposed shift to the UK in 2018 after his current contract at the Vicente Calderon expires but the report from The Sun suggests he could be 'tempted sooner' if the opportunity arose.
Simeone was targeted by Chelsea late last season but eventually stayed loyal to Atletico as the West London club eventually opted for Conte.
The former star midfielder has guided Los Rojiblancos to two of the past three Champions League finals and also broke an 18-year La Liga title drought by lifting the trophy in 2014
