Atletico Madrid ace Antoine Griezmann has again spoken of rejecting Manchester United.

Griezmann chose to stick with Atletico after this summer's transfer ban was upheld.

He said: "The ban on recruitment of Atlético Madrid? We will say that it helped a lot. It is true that going away while they can not recruit this summer would be a dirty blow to the club that gave me a lot of confidence and that allowed me to be the player I am today.

"After talking with my sports advisor, the coach and the captains, I decided to stay. We're going to hold on until December and see if we can bring a few players back in December."
