Atletico Madrid ace Fernando Torres: I didn't enjoy things at Chelsea

Atletico Madrid ace Fernando Torres admits he didn't enjoy winning the Champions League with Chelsea.

The former Blues and Liverpool striker says if Atletico Madrid beat fierce derby rivals Real Madrid, at the San Siro in Saturday night's final in Milan, it will fulfil his greatest dream.

“This time I really want to enjoy a Champions League win," he told the Mirror.

“It's no secret that, when I won it with Chelsea, I was not enjoying my football, I was not in the best place. Now I am home and have never enjoyed my football more. The coach (Diego Simeone), the players, the fans – this is a special place to be.

“And to win the Champions League with Atletico would eclipse even winning the World Cup. This final is the game of my life without a doubt.

"It's the most important, special and lovely game I have had in my life.

“I have won with Chelsea, with Spain –great teams – but this means everything. It's what I wanted when I was a kid and now I have the chance to make it come true."
