Atletico Madrid ace Antoine Griezmann has refused to talk up the prospect of a summer move to Manchester United.

Griezmann is expected to join United for €100 million.

However, speaking with RMC, the France international stated: "With Real Sociedad, I felt I needed to leave. For now, I do not have that need or desire. We do not know how the season will end. If it ends badly, maybe I'll ask myself the question.

"For the moment, it is not so.

"England, there are many doubts in relation to my private life. All that rain, bad weather ... I need to be happy outside. I like teams that are as intense as in England. Yes, I watch the English championship. The referees let play, the stadiums are always filled, they attack. But if I have to choose one, it is the Spanish championship, because it corresponds more to my game."
