Atlante midfielder Sonny Guadarrama is looking to depart Mexico to return home to the United States.
The 24-year old Texan-born former USA U20 international told MLSsoccer.com that he is keen to get back to the States and find a MLS club after spending a long time away from home.
"I've been in Mexico since I was 17, so I want to go home and play in MLS to see what (it's) like," he said.
Guadarrama joined Santos Laguna from Austin Lightning in 2006 before moving to Monarcas Morelia in 2008 and then eventually signing with Atlante last year following time with Morelia.
