The Evening Chronicle says it's understood the MLS club rate him in excess of £20million, with interested suitors asked to start the bidding at around £25million.

The Paraguay playmaker who favours a move to England, according to his agent Daniel Campos – who watched Newcastle's defeat of Bournemouth last weekend.

Along with Newcastle, West Ham, Arsenal and Everton have been linked with Almiron.
