Athletic Bilbao hero Ismael Urzaiz has urged Kepa Arrizabalaga to think carefully about a move to Real Madrid.

The Spain U21 goalkeeper is being linked with a summer move to Real as his contract winds down.

Urzaiz told Marca: "Someone who is the second keeper of the national team is likely to sign for Real Madrid, Atlético Madrid or Bayern Munich.

"He's played only 30 Liga matches and staying a few more years would allow him to reach the top level and then Athletic Bilbao could sell him well.

"I would like him to continue in Bilbao but the choice is his. He is 23 years old and although he does not have much experience, freedom is the most important thing."
