Athletic Bilbao manager Ernesto Valverde was frustrated with their 1-1 draw at Napoli in the first-leg of their Champions League qualifier.
Iker Muniain put the visitors in front before Napoli striker Gonzalo Higuain grabbed an equaliser.
"We had hoped for something more, as we played the first 70 minutes very well. We conceded that Higuain goal and Napoli created more chances after that," Valverde told Sky Sport Italia.
"I think it is probably the right result and we'll see what happens in the second leg. We don't know if Muniain's goal will make the difference, but clearly Napoli have to score in Bilbao.
"We played a very intense game tonight and it will all go down to the second leg."
