Athletic Bilbao coach Ernesto Valverde has confirmed they're shopping in the Premier League.
Chelsea fullback Cesar Azpilicueta and Arsenal defender Nacho Monreal, along with Atletico Madrid's Raul Garcia, are all being linked with Bilbao.
Valverde said: "We coaches ask for a lot of players.
"You're always looking. But the most crucial thing is that the players want to come to the club.
"Signing a player isn't just about money, they need to want to come to Bilbao.
"Players at Chelsea, Arsenal and Atletico will tell you 'I'm happy here, I do not want to leave'."
