Atalanta president Ivan Ruggeri says they're prepared to sell striker Sergio Floccari in the summer.
Juventus and Roma are circling for Floccari and Ruggeri said: "We will have to sell one of our prized assets, but that is just part of this club's history.
"I won't forget that when Floccari was at Messina he dropped his wage demands to join us.
"That's one reason why we certainly won't stand in the way of him joining a bigger club.
"For now there is a lot of interest from within Italy and overseas and we will continue to weigh things up.
"There haven't been any concrete offers from anyone, but in January Juve made a firm approach, even if the winter market is strange."
