Atalanta defender Mattia Caldara has set the record straight over his future with parent club Juventus.

Caldara is being linked with an early move to Juve this summer.

He told La Stampa: "I'm from Bergamo and supporter of this team, my head is here.

"I have to grow and work to be ready when I go to Juve. From here to 2018 I'll knowingly exploit the time I have to my best.

"(Daniele) Rugani? Would be an honor to follow in his path. But for now, we expect 2018 to change, but it does not depend on me."
