Atalanta coach Gasperini rules out Italy job

Atalanta coach Gian Piero Gasperini is reluctant to talk up taking the Italy job.

Gasperini admits the responsibility could be too big for him.

He said, "The Nazionale is a very tough task. The responsibility is enormous, especially in proportion to how much you can actually influence the situation. This is also the most difficult moment to lead the Nazionale.

“I wouldn't like to go abroad either, as whenever I am away from Italy, I can't wait to get back."

Gasperini added: “We are certainly in a good position, even if there are so many teams close together in the table. Obviously, our victory over Genoa on Tuesday was very important."
