Atalanta do not expect to sell Ezequiel Schelotto in January.

The winger is being linked with AS Roma and Inter Milan.

"Schelotto won't be moving in January," Atalanta director Pierpaolo Marino told Sky Sport Italia. "We can't afford to unbalance the side this season.

"However, we are aware that we are unable to shackle our players who are being requested by the big teams.

"The boy is doing some fantastic things.

"He won't be leaving after Christmas, but we won't be able to clip the wings of a career that I expect will be bright."
