Atalanta want to bring Enzo Maresca back to Italy.

After an extended period in Spain with Sevilla, midfielder Maresca is currently playing with Olympiakos.

Edgar Barreto has been ruled out for four months and Atalanta see Maresca as a replacement.

The midfielder is unsettled in Greece and would welcome a return home in January.
