Atalanta have struck a deal with Leicester City for Nampalys Mendy.

The midfielder has been pushing to leave Leicester all summer and been linked with the likes of Saint-Etienne; Nice and Bordeaux.

However, Le 10 Sport says Atalanta and Leicester have agreed a fee for Mendy.

Talks are now at an advanced stage over a loan arrangement with the option to buy at the end of this season.

Leicester had been originally seeking an outright sale.
