Coventry City midfielder Joe Cole has coaching ambitions.
Cole is on-loan at Coventry from Aston Villa.
"I have a lot I want to give back," said Cole, 33. "To be honest my ideal first job would be to work with the young England teams because England is a passion of mine and I was lucky enough to have a fantastic England career.
"Working with the elite of your country would be a good way to give something back and learn as well. That would be a great job. My B licence is just completed and I am looking to start my A licence in the summer.
"Coaching is something I am interested in and something I will do. But it is not something I am overly keen on doing soon and rushing into.
"Craig Bellamy is working with the U21s (at Cardiff) after coming away from football. He is working with young lads and finding his feet. I think that is a better way of learning your trade."
