West Ham United goalkeeper Robert Green is in Aston Villa sights.
The People says new Villa boss Alex McLeish wants keeper Ben Foster from his former club, Birmingham City, but is ready to turn to free agent Green instead.
McLeish needs to fill the void left by the departure of Brad Friedel to Tottenham.
Only today, he was warned off Allan McGregor by Rangers manager Ally McCoist.
