Aston Villa are set to hand Jack Grealish a pay-hike.

The Birmingham Mail says Grealish's rise to first team regular at Aston Villa could be rewarded with a new contract next summer.

He is drawing admiring glances from Villa's top flight rivals and, having lost Christian Benteke and Fabian Delph this summer, the club are keen to ensure they do not lose their latest prize asset.

Grealish has made five starts and three substitute appearances so far this term, taking his overall tally to 16 starts and 16 substitute appearances.
