Aston Villa are eyeing Tottenham striker Roman Pavlyuchenko.
The Daily Mail says Villa boss Gerard Houllier is interested in Pavlyuchenko but the Russian striker is expected to sign a new contract.
His agent has confirmed he plans to soon visit London to discuss a new deal with Spurs.
Houllier has also expressed interest in AS Monaco forward Dieumerci Mbokani.
