Aston Villa are eyeing Tottenham striker Emmanuel Adebayor.
The Birmingham Mail says Villa are targeting Adebayor as a replacement for Christian Benteke.
With Benteke set to join Liverpool after the Reds agreed to meet his £32.5m release cause, Adebayor, who scored 14 goals in 25 games for Tim Sherwood at Spurs, is thought to be high on Villa's list of replacements.
Adebayor is available from Spurs this summer.
