Espanyol coach Mauricio Pochettino is on the shortlist of Aston Villa.

Sport says tentative enquiries have been made by Villa representatives about the Argentine's interest in moving to England.

Pochettino has also been linked with Carlo Ancelotti's job at PSG.

Espanyol are aware of Villa's approach, but are staying calm knowing Norwich City boss Paul Lambert remains the Villans' top target.
