Aston Villa goalkeeper Brad Guzan admits new manager Remi Garde is yet to raise his voice to the players.

The 49-year-old Frenchman kept his composure throughout the tense 0-0 draw against Manchester City at Villa Park.

Guzan revealed that during his first week Garde has displayed exactly the same relaxed persona around the club.

"His demeanour on the side of the pitch is his demeanour in the dressing room and his demeanour on the training pitch," said Guzan to the Birmingham Mail.

"I don't think he's lost it yet in terms of having a go at anyone."
