Aston Villa have joined the battle for West Ham United midfielder Scott Parker.
The Sun says the midfielder is sure to leave relegated West Ham this summer with Tottenham and Liverpool are leading the chase.
But ambitious Villa are ready to fight for the £10million-rated ace.
Parker is 30 and the Midlands club have previously targeted younger players with more of a sell-on value.
