Aston Villa boss Alex McLeish hopes to sign Tottenham defender Alan Hutton.
The Mirror says Villa right-back Luke Young, on £40,000-a-week, has gone to QPR with Tottenham's Hutton in line to replace him.
Hutton did not feature for Spurs in yesterday's thrashing by Manchester City.
