Aston Villa are eyeing Liverpool midfielder Joe Cole - currently starring on-loan at Lille. The Daily Star says Cole has been told he has no long-term future at Liverpool, who are likely to let him leave for free.
Cole's former Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti, now in charge of PSG, is keen.
But Villa are the first to show interest at home.
