Aston Villa are interested in Manchester City goalkeeper Shay Given.

Villa boss Alex McLeish needs to find a new keeper following Brad Friedel's Bosman move to Tottenham.

The Daily Mail says McLeish may go for Rangers keeper Allan McGregor or City's Given instead of returning to Birmingham City for Ben Foster.
