Aston Villa will not consider selling Jack Grealish cheaply this summer.

The Daily Star says Villa has slapped a £40m price tag on midfield ace Grealish.

Chinese owner Tony Xia has sanctioned the sale of the 22-year-old following Villa's failure to earn promotion into the Premier League.

Pricing Grealish so highly could put potential suitors off, but Tottenham and West Ham are likely to be interested if the price can be negotiated down.

Leicester City are also keen.
