Aston Villa have decided to sell Ashley Young this summer.
The Mirror says chairman Randy Lerner flew in from the US yesterday and went straight into talks with Young's agents.
The club have agreed to cash in on Manchester United target Young, 25, this summer as he has just 12 months left on his contract.
Along with United, Liverpool and Real Madrid are also chasing the England wing ace.
