Aston Villa chief Keith Wyness denies problems with Keinan Davis' contract talks.

Davis is under contract until 2019, and according to reports a host of Premier League clubs including Bournemouth, West Bromwich Albion and Huddersfield are monitoring his progress.

However, Wyness hit back at the claims.

He tweeted: “So many cases recently of agents feeding journos rubbish and they print it!

“Whatever happened to 'consider the source'?"

It was reported last month that Villa had rejected a £5million bid from Manchester United but Wyness described the speculation as “rubbish".
