Aston Villa boss Tim Sherwood is weighing up how best to utilise Rudy Gestede.
The big striker could still find himself on the bench against Manchester United tomorrow night despite his scoring heroics in Villa's opening game.
Sherwood said: “Rudy has got a great name. It's a good one for a song.
“The fans realise he's the kind of guy who will give you everything and it's great that they have taken to him.
“Players with his kind of ability in the air are rare. He's very, very good, but he's more than just a target man."
Sherwood added: “He's the first in at the training ground. But he is behind on his fitness and I don't want to push him too quickly.
“He's getting there but it would be a bit optimistic to expect to get 90 minutes out of him."
