Aston Villa boss Tim Sherwood may send Nathan Baker away on-loan.

Burnley are keen on the defender.

Villa tied him to a new four-year contract on Friday and Sherwood has now admitted he could be open to a loan switch.

“We're not ready to let him go on a permanent basis," said the Villa boss.
