Aston Villa boss Tim Sherwood is keen to cool the hype around Adama Traore.

After paying close attention to him in training this week, the boss feels he still has a lot to learn about the English game before he is fully unleashed.

“We need to dampen down the expectations of this boy," he said.

“He knows he's a development project and I have seen a lot of hype surrounding him and I think it's unfair.

“He needs to be given a chance and the expectations of the club can't be put on his shoulders because he's a very young man."
