Aston Villa boss Martin O'Neill is ready to go into the new season counting on young winger Marc Albrighton.
O'Neill hopes his contribution during Villa's practice matches will be perfect preparation for more first team involvement next season.
"Is Albrighton good enough for the Premier League?" O'Neill told the Birmingham Mail.
"Of course. There's no reason to suggest anything else other than the fact that he'll be good enough.
"He's having a super pre-season. You come here and play against decent opposition which should give you confidence but everyone knows stepping into the big league is tough going."
