Aston Villa boss Paul Lambert is delighted with the impact this season of Andi Weimann.
Lambert hailed his hard-working 11-goal hitman.
He said: "People think Andi's been playing for years but he's not.
"He's only really played regularly this season. He's still only 21 but he's in the first team almost every week. It's his first real throw of the dice at this level.
"He came to England at 16 and the crowd absolutely love him and identify with him as he's come through the ranks.
"He's a natural finisher but what strikes you is his work rate. Strikers like Andi don't wait for things to happen, they make things happen."
