Aston Villa are chasing Norwich City goalkeeper John Ruddy.
The Mirror says former Canaries boss Paul Lambert is attempting to lure Ruddy to Aston Villa.
Ruddy would replace Shay Given as Villa's No 1. The 36-year-old Republic of Ireland great has suffered with injuries and loss of form in recent seasons.
