Stoke City winger Oussama Assaidi admits they need to start climbing the table.

Assaidi is on-loan at Stoke from Liverpool.

He told The Sentinel: "Of course we need wins. We started well with that win at West Ham, but if you make a big change it takes time to find consistency.

"Sometimes we will play well and may not get points. It's difficult, but in time you can see it will be for the better."
