The Premier League has launched three tender processes for its broadcasting rights in various Asian territories, Australia and New Zealand, reports SportBusiness.

In Hong Kong, Indonesia and East Timor, Malaysia and Brunei, Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia and Laos broadcasters only can bid for individual or multiple territories for either three-season (2019-20 to 2021-22) or six-season terms (2019-20 to 2024-25).

The tender for Japan, Mongolia, Myanmar, Pacific Islands, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam is open to broadcasters and agencies for individual or multiple territories across the three-season term from 2019-20 to 2021-22.

Broadcasters in Australia and New Zealand can bid for an individual territory, or for both, across the same three-season term.

Initial bids for these rights must be submitted by the end of April for Australia and New Zealand, and the first week of May for the Asian territories.
