Ashley Cole has revealed his thoughts on former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho.
'The Special One' guided the Blues to back-to-back Premier League titles in 2005 and 2006 as well as one FA Cup and two Carling Cups during his time at Stamford Bridge and the Portuguese tactician has been praised by Cole particularly for the way he managed his players as people.
"If you had any problems you could go into his office and speak to him. He always backed you; he'd take one for the team as we say.
"If there was something going on he would put all the limelight on him to take it away from the players in certain big games which is always good in a manager. He got the best out of players.""Mourinho was a nice guy and a good man manager," he said in an interview for Sky Guide.
