Jamie Ashdown is shocked by the way he's been treated by Leeds United.

Ashdown has hit out at Leeds after finding out via Twitter he was being released.

He told the Yorkshire Evening Post: "It would have been nice for someone to tell me what was going on. I was expecting to get released and there's no bitterness or anything like that, but it was the way it was done.

"A bit of respect is all you need."
