Everton midfielder Mikel Arteta insists they do not need strikers to beat Manchester United today.
David Moyes' men will go into the clash against the 18-times champions with problems up front, as Louis Saha's fitness battles are ongoing, Victor Anichebe is a long-term absentee and Yakubu has still to start this term.
It has led to the possibility of midfield duo Tim Cahill and Marouane Fellaini spearheading the attack, with Jermaine Beckford still finding his Premier League feet after leading Leeds to promotion from League One last season.
Yet Arteta has no fears about Moyes opting for an offbeat strikeforce - and reckons it could work in Everton's favour.
He added: "We've played with Tim and Felly up front in the past. They both work really hard, both put defenders in trouble because they won't stop running and fighting.
"They're like two dogs up there, different types of strikers, more midfielders than attackers - but it's another option for us.
"Obviously we've not done too much work on this with it being international week but the boss will look at the best balance.
"Jermaine gives us something different too, because of his pace. He's not scored in the league yet but he is someone who can put the ball into the net, he's a great finisher.
"And then there's the Yak ... when he is fit and in a good mood he is a terrific player and can score more than probably any other striker here."
