Zenit St Petersburg midfielder Andrey Arshavin is impressed by Mesut Ozil's impact at Arsenal.
He endured a difficult time at the Emirates, following a then-club-record £15m move in 2009, with early signs showing he would have a successful career in England.
Arshavin's record fee was smashed this summer with the £42m acquisition of Mesut Ozil and the 32-year-old feels the German could be the deciding factor in the title race.
He added: "The signing of Ozil has brought stability to the side and now this season Arsenal have a real chance to finish in first place."
