Arsenal's Traore: Portsmouth spell has proved Premiership credentials

Portsmouth's on-loan Arsenal fullback Armand Traore says he's now proved himself Premiership class. "I'm enjoying my football here and I am learning all the time. I've learned how to save energy," said Traore. "Before at Arsenal I would use it all and then I would have none left. "Now I've learned how to cope with the pressure and there are fewer problems. When I was at Arsenal I felt I had to show the boss he was right to choose me, and I had to perform. That's not happened here.
