Arsenal midfielder Tomas Rosicky can be clear of his injury woes in three to five months' time, according to Czech Republic team doctor Pavel Kolar.
Kolar explained: "Tomas has an imbalance of his musculature which, in my opinion, plays a big role in his injuries. Some of his muscles work more and are more developed whereas others are not.
"The problem is in the coordination of muscles which Tomas uses - muscles on the rear side of his thigh are enormously strained. It is a problem that stems from his childhood."
When asked if Rosicky's situation could be improved, Kolar replied: "Yes, but not in a week.
"It is a task for at least three to five months. But we cannot be so precise; it depends on how he reacts to the exercises.
"Tomas has to do various exercises in various positions. They are easy and will give Tomas the feeling he is exercising muscles he would not normally use."
When asked if specialists at Arsenal could help Rosicky, Kolar said: "At Arsenal [injury prevention] is not at such high levels as at other European clubs.
"Tomas must do the exercises on his own. Perhaps it would be better if Arsenal knew about his problems but I can't solve this. It is Tomas's personal thing."
