Arsenal midfielder Henri Lansbury is convinced of another promotion with West Ham United.

Upton Park's on-loan Arsenal man helped Norwich go up last term and reckons the Hammers can do it via the play-offs.

Lansbury, 21, said: "There is a similarity. The team spirit is the same here and we have a great chance of getting promoted.

"If we take the form we are in into these games, then we will be fine."
