Arsenal midfielder Gilberto Silva admits Manchester United have signed a great prospect in former Porto midfielder Anderson.

He told the Mirror: "I've only played against him once when we played Porto, but you could see then that he was really fast and had great skill.

"He is also strong, which is important for any forward in the Premiership. I think Manchester United have done a good piece of business by signing him."
