Arsenal's Djourou loves Mangoes, jewellery and the Body Shop!

Arsenal defender Johan Djourou admits he's a regular at the Body Shop!

The Ivory Coast-born 21-year-old revealed his life revolves around jewellery, pampering, computer games and listening to music.

Djourou, who has made 35 Premier League appearances, reveals he always carries his favourite fruit when he travels with Arsenal.

He said: "Mangoes are a fruit that I'm crazy about, so I love the sweet and fruity fragrance of Body Shop's mango body butter.

"I pay attention to hydrating my skin properly and to feeling good."

Arsenal's stars must stick to a strict diet - but Djourou has a sweet tooth.

He told a Swiss daily paper: "I have always been a glutton for sweets, even though I know that they are not very good for me.

"My mum brings me peach-flavoured acid drops every time she comes to London and eating them is pure joy."

The 6ft 3in defender has won 20 caps and admits he is addicted to retail therapy.

He said: "I use my match bonuses to treat myself to jewellery. I love wearing rings, and mine are silver and studded with diamonds.

"I buy wooden bracelets when I am on holiday. They are not expensive, but at the opposite end of the scale I wear a gold and diamond earring.

"I am a shopaholic, even when I am out of action through injury. I choose styles rather than labels."
