Gael Clichy says Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is key to keeping hold of stars like Robin van Persie and Cesc Fabregas.
He said: "Yes, of course, players sign new contracts because of him.
"He brought us here, we have been playing together for four or five years and so we have faith in him and play because we want to give him the confidence he has given us."
