Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas has dismissed claims he can't translate his Premiership form to the international stage with Spain.

"It doesn't upset me, but people are always saying the same thing about me," the Arsenal playmaker told a news conference at the Spain training base on Saturday.

"I'm only 21. I'm trying to do my best and I have talked to the boss about it, but reading the same thing every day isn't very nice. I'm just here to do my best."
